The Ecomet 1214, a powerful platform with formidable performance, is ideal for a range of applications, particularly Market Load, Auto Parts, Parcel and Logistics, POL 12KL Tankers and LPG. The powerful 130 HP H-Series engine delivers enhanced load carrying capability. The high torque of 450 Nm ensures that the power is well channelled across a wide rpm range. The overdrive six-speed gearbox enables faster turnaround time and higher fuel efficiency. The 330 mm diameter ‘diaphragm’ clutch requires no finger adjustments, supports higher clamping load and longer clutch life. With power steering as a standard feature, manoeuvrability is built into the platform, no matter what the road or load conditions.

Strong and durable aggregates ensure higher, trouble-free operations. S-Cam braking system, improved electricals and heavy-duty front and rear axle deliver built-in reliability. A revolutionary BSIV technology that enables efficient, hassle-free transition. Unlike SCR systems, iEGR needs no AdBlue for emission control. It also does not need additional sensors or complex electronics and in fact shares common parts with BSIII engines. Despite this, iEGR delivers better mileage and lower maintenance cost. Combining the best of CRS (Common Rail System) and EGR, it uses improved in-cylinder combustion management for reduced injection pressure leading to better engine life, while successfully meeting BS IV emission norms.
